- I have read and understand the NPC Start-Up Procedures and agree to follow these procedures immediately after application of pool finish by Revolution Pool Finishes to ensure the interior finish is properly maintained during the first 28 days.
>> You are providing at least 5 weeks notice during “peak” season (March-Sept.); we need approximately 3-4 weeks otherwise.
>>Submission of a drawing of pool/spa/features with detailed measurements of pool/spa/features and truck access point is REQUIRED prior to scheduling. NOTE: If you choose to email drawing instead of submitting this form, we cannot guarantee scheduling if we have incomplete information.
>>All crews must have access to water and power on all jobs; if the source of water is a well, it is critical to have a tank onsite with at least 500 gallons of water (or better than 8 gpm).
>>Plaster truck must be within 150’ of furthest point of pool. If we are required to pump from a greater distance, please call to discuss BEFORE submitting form.
